AMA AWOTWE-BOSUMAFI is an associate at Knight Legal Bureau, where she commenced and started her practice after pupillage.

The areas of focus and interest currently include Family Law, Property Law, Commercial law, Civil Litigation and applying ADR mechanisms to resolve disputes. 

Ama obtained her first-degree BA Social Sciences from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and furthered her MBA education at Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds, UK and later attained an LLB from GIMPA School of Law and the Professional Law Course at Ghana School of Law.

Before the start of her legal profession, Ama was a public servant with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources management and administrative processes. Her interest involves empowering and educating women to achieve their potential wherever they find themselves.

Ama was admitted as a member of the Ghana Bar Association in 2022. she loves to travel, make friends and read novels.
