Christabel Adu is a seasoned Human Resource professional with expertise in HR strategy, payroll administration, regulatory compliance, and employee development. At Knight Legal Bureau, she oversees the firm’s internal HR operations and supports client advisory services on labour law, payroll, and social security compliance.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex, UK, and a BSc in Business Administration (Marketing & Communications) from the University of Ghana. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic HR Management from the HR Certification Centre, further strengthening her capabilities in people management and organizational leadership.
Christabel successfully manages end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, contract administration, policy implementation, and payroll systems aligned with Ghanaian labour laws and international standards.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), having joined as a student member and earned her Associate status in 2021. Christabel continues to enhance her professional portfolio through development in HR analytics, payroll compliance, and employment law.
