Joyce is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and governance. She is pivotal in regulatory compliance, policy formulation, and corporate governance. She is the Managing Proprietor at Knight Legal Bureau, where she specialises in corporate advisory services, mediation, and commercial litigation.

Her corporate and legal career spans over two decades, and she has expertise in corporate law, mediation, insurance, and policy advocacy. She is a member of the Ghana Bar and holds an LL.M (Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution) from The University of Law, UK. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana, she holds an Advanced Diploma Certificate in Marketing awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM, UK) and a master’s degree in Project Management awarded by the Paris Graduate School of Management.

Her wealth of experience in the public and private sectors makes her a sought-after legal expert in Ghana and beyond.

She was appointed as a Board Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center in 2024, a member of the Medical & Ethics Committee of the African Bar Association, a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA),  a member of Patients’ Rights Watch Ghana, an NGO promoting the constitutional and statutory rights of ordinary patients in Ghana,  a Committee Member of the Legal and Disciplinary Committee, CIMG, Board Member & Chairperson, Governance Committee, Odeefoo Education Fund (Berekuso). As a strong advocate for true justice, she advocated for the abolition of the Death Penalty in Ghana and repel of attempted suicide as a criminal offence.

As part of her Corporate Social responsibilities, she offers pro bono services at the female prisons of Nsawam and Akuse Prisons.
